Newsletter Advertising

Dear Advertiser,

Thank you for supporting the Structural Engineers Association of Utah (SEAU) and for choosing to advertise in the SEAU NEWS , the association’s newsletter. The purpose of this letter is to outline the submission guidelines and fees for advertisements in the newsletter. This SEAU newsletter is designed to keep members of the association informed of events and activities that affect our profession. The newsletter can be a forum for you to share viewpoints, post advertisements, or target a very select group of professionals. The newsletter is published eight times a year, September through November and January through May. The submission deadlines are posted monthly in each issue of the newsletter and are typically the last Thursday of the month preceding newsletter release (i.e. November edition submissions are due the last Thursday in October). All submissions must be received prior to that month’s submittal date. Otherwise, the submission will appear in the newsletter on the month following, in accordance with the posted publish date. Advertisers are encouraged to provide a company logo with their ad.

The following fees are associated with advertising in the newsletter:

Self/Business Promotional $ 50.00

Classified Advertisement (SEAU members): $ 75.00

Classified Advertisement (SEAU non members): $100.00

Product or Company Advertisement: $125.00 1 /4 page

$400.00 full page

Bulk Rate Discount: 20% for 3 or more consecutive submissions.  All fees must be received on or before the newsletter submission date. Advertisements will not be published unless fees have been received by the submission date.  Payments are made via check made out to SEAU and mailed to PO Box 581292 Salt Lake City, UT 84158 or via Vemo: seautah.  Please submit your advertisement and company logo to [email protected].
