Thank you for supporting the Structural Engineers Association of Utah (SEAU) and for choosing to advertise in the SEAU NEWS, the association’s newsletter. The purpose of this letter is to outline the submission guidelines and fees for advertisements in the newsletter.
This SEAU newsletter is designed to keep members of the association informed of events and activities that affect our profession. The newsletter can be a forum for you to share viewpoints, post advertisements, or target a very select group of professionals. The newsletter is published on a website with modifications and updates made regularly between September through May. Advertisements will be posted as soon as possible at the convenience of Newsletter Committee (usually within a week or two). Advertisements will remain on the website for one month from the date of posting. Advertisers are encouraged to provide a company logo with their ad. The price schedule below specifies advertisement sizes when submitted to the Newsletter Committee. The sizes shown are also relative and indicate a proportionate amount of space that will be taken up on the website, not actual size as the ads will not be printed on standard 8-1/2” x 11” sheets of paper. The Newsletter Committee reserves the right to modify ad content as needed for formatting or if the content contains inappropriate material or text. The submitter will be notified before any significant changes are made to the material or text for approval before posting.
The following fees are associated with advertising in the newletter:
Bulk Rate Discount: 20% for 3 or more consecutive months
Product or Company Advertisement (SEAU non-members):
$125.00 (1/4 page, 2” x 6-1/2”)
$200.00 (1/2 page, 4-1/4” x 6-1/2”)
$350.00 (full page, 8-3/4” x 6-1/2”)
